Continuing and expanding urban management services provided in Downtown
The Partnership will continue operating the Looper Trolley system and expanding pedestrian services including a new digital wayfinding system. The Partnership will work with property owners, city administration leaders and members of the City Council to create a business improvement district to provide urban management services in and around Williams Park. These services will include enhanced security, clean and safe programs, and community programming to intensify positive activity in Williams Park. The Partnership will also explore developing a downtown app to support local restaurants, artists, cultural institutions, and retailers.
