Updated Downtown Land Use
Downtown St. Petersburg’s land use regulations are outdated. The Downtown Partnership is seeking input on updated zoning and development policies that simplify permitting, support housing and business growth, enhance walkability, and guide thoughtful, sustainable downtown development over the next 20 years.
