The Looper - The Partnership launched the Looper Trolley in 1996. In 2018, with support from the City of St. Petersburg and PSTA, we made the Looper free while expanding the route and service. In a single year, ridership has doubled going from 44,651 passengers in 2018 to 88,989 passengers in 2019.
Car-Free St. Pete - The Partnership launched an innovative new social media campaign called “Car-Free St. Pete” to encourage downtown residents and visitors to find alternative ways to get around our urban center. Park once and never have to get in your car again - better yet, find an alternative way to come downtown in the first place.
