Please join us for the first St. Pete Development Summit, a joint meeting of the St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership and Urban Land Institute, Tampa Bay. The Development Summit will bring in leading-edge thinkers from other communities who have faced similar challenges. We will hear how other cities managed growth with real world examples of how different decisions impacted future quality of life for residents and altered the sense of place, equity values, and cultural fabric of different communities.
