Downtown St. Pete is in the midst of transformative change. Over the next decade, the Downtown Partnership forecasts public and private investments approaching $8 billion will be spent in our city center. We are committed to helping to manage this change. This Downtown Development Guide is designed to help citizens, developers, business leaders and policy makers better understand the current state of Downtown as we plan for the future.
